Black Bear hunting, and Moose hunting in New Brunswick and Maine

WOUND POLICY If you shoot a bear on a bait and wound the bear, you will continue to hunt that same bait for the remainder of the week. If you wound a second time, your hunt is over. If you have not shot a bear, this does not mean you will be hunting one bait for the week. You will be hunting productive bait sites and we are very aggressive in moving hunters to get you your bear. All bears must be a minimum of 150 pounds. A $500.00 penalty fee will be applied if under 150 pounds. Please have a visa or mastercard or cash available on your hunt. Please Note: A release form will be signed by each client upon arrival before hunt begins. No guarantees on kills. We guarantee active bait sites.

Sportsman's Pride Outfitters LLC is located in beautiful Madawaska, Maine, just minutes from New Brunswick, Canada, along the St. John River, which separates New Brunswick and the U.S. This is the heart of black bear country. We offer personalized fall black bear hunting in Maine and New Brunswick and Trophy Spring Bear hunts in New Brunswick. Our expertise and attention to detail is what makes our hunts so successful and different from other outfitters. We also offer fully-guided moose hunts in Maine.
Keith Cote is an avid bow and gun hunter. He has personally been on several guided bear hunts, some successful, some not. He had learned along the way what a hunter should expect from an outfitter and believes he knows what to offer. Bow hunting is what we specialize in, but we also have well placed stands for gun hunters. An upgrade in stands has been made. We will be utilizing comfortable tripod stands and Ameristep Brick House Pop-up Blinds as ground blinds. Gorilla Deluxe seat cushions have been purchased to make existing ladder and portable stands more comfortable. Keith and his personnel do their best to make your black bear hunt and stay at Sportsman's Pride Outfitters LLC a safe, successful, and memorable outdoor experience. Not The Biggest Outfitter, But the BestDon't mistake Sportsman's Pride Outfitters LLC for being just another outfitter. We keep our hunter clientele numbers down per week for personalized quality hunts. We have very active bait sites and hunt very private areas. Be sure you compare apples for apples when choosing an outfitter. Bear hunts vary in price greatly. Like anything else, you get what you pay for in a hunt. LodgingWe have a well equipped lodge in N. Brunswick, Canada and we put our hunters in a local motel which has a restaurant/bar attached to it. Both places offer A.T.V. riding directly from lodging with hundreds of miles of trails for your riding enjoyment.
Bear BaitWe also sell bear bait to other outfitters in both Maine and New Brunswick, so we know what works and we use plenty of it.
